My workshop is based in the conservation village of Elsecar, in South Yorkshire. I inhabit part of the former ironworks and colliery workshops of the Earl Fitzwilliam. The buildings have been restored and alongside my workshop are the antiques centre, auction room, craft workshops and boutique shops that make for an interesting visit any day of the week (10am – 4pm).

I am privileged to be working at the Heritage Centre, as the whole site so closely represents the aesthetic of CIDA Wood Design and allows me to be part of a truly honorable tradition of bespoke production.

I have invested in brand new workshop equipment from leading wood machinery manufacturers – Felder and Sedgwick and I have installed efficient dust extraction. This investment has lead to greater efficiency and improved health and safety.

I am often at the workshop during the week and happy to meet. To avoid disappointment it is best to contact me in advance because I could be out on site.
